Complaint: Burning of my Hard Earned Money.
Last Christmas, my girlfriend, Jean Grey, and I went to your bank to withdraw 12 million dollars to pay for the ransom demanded by the Evil Lianna so as to free my sister. However, I was highly disappointed in your service.
Firstly, the air conditioning had broken down, and the air was stiffling hot. Everyone was visibly moody, and we watched, appaled, when the only banker, Jasmine Chua, lit a cigarette to calm her frazzled nerves.

Next, the guard on duty, Charmaine Chew, was staring at -I'm terribly sorry for saying this- a teenage female's assets. (A/N i wanted to say 'attempts so button her blouse of her capacious cleavage'but my group was laughing too hard to agree -.- HAHA! xP ) Instead of doing his duty, he performed an act of lust. I hope that you will look into this matter immediately or the female clients may be scared off.

When it was finally my turn, a sudden gust of wind from the open window blew the piping hot cigarette ash from Jasmine Chua's cigarette onto my 12 million dollars, thus igniting a flame. For some strange reason, the fire alarm failed to sound, and when i shouted or help, the security guard Charmaine Chua merely waved me away and continued staring. Fortunately, a brave passerby, Sng Jiafeng, managed to put out the fire before it spread to other people's money. However, my 12 million dollars was burnt to bits and the Evil Lianna succeeded in killing my sister.

I trust that you will look into the matter of your bank's maintenence of equipment and staff's working attitude.
